Product Overview of High Temperature Resistant 310S Ball Valve
The high temperature resistant 310S ball valve is made of 310S stainless steel casting. The 310S stainless steel ball valve produced by Oudian Valve has reliable sealing, simple structure, easy operation and maintenance. The valve internals such as the ball and valve stem are interchangeable, which greatly reduces the cost and time required for customers’ later maintenance. The ball valve is often fully open or fully closed. The sealing surface and the spherical surface are often in a closed state, which is not easily corroded by the impact of the medium. It is widely used in general working media such as water, solvents, oils, gases, acids and natural gas. It can also be used for media with harsh working conditions, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane and ethylene, etc., and is widely used in various industries.
Product Features of High Temperature Resistant 310S Ball Valve
1. Locking device: To prevent the valve from being opened and closed by mistake, there are locking holes in the fully open and fully closed positions of the valve to ensure that the valve is in the correct position.
2. Handle for correct switch: The flat head valve stem is used, and the connection with the handle will not be misplaced, thereby ensuring the switch state indicated by the handle.
3. Valve stem anti-flying structure: The valve stem is bottom-mounted to prevent it from flying out under pressure. At the same time, it can form metal contact with the valve body after a fire to ensure the sealing of the valve stem.
4. The valve seat designed based on our company’s 310S ball valve seat manufacturing experience ensures valve sealing, low friction coefficient, small operating torque, a variety of valve seat materials, and a wide range of adaptability.
5. According to the working conditions of customers, different wear-resistant, high-temperature-resistant and sealing gaskets can be replaced to cope with different temperature working conditions

310S stainless steel material characteristics
310S stainless steel, also known as 2520 duplex steel, is an austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel, old grade 0Cr25Ni20/new grade 06Cr25Ni20, digital code S31008
1. 310S stainless steel (2520 stainless steel) has good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance due to its high nickel (Ni) and chromium (Cr) content.
2. Good high temperature resistance, high temperature resistance up to 1200℃. Since 310S contains a high percentage of chromium and nickel, molybdenum, tungsten, niobium and titanium are added based on chromium and nickel. Since its organization is a face-centered cubic structure, it has much better high temperature creep strength than 18Cr-8Ni austenitic stainless steel, and can operate continuously at high temperatures.
3. Solid solution strengthening improves strength, and it is non-magnetic after solid solution treatment.
