The 2205 insulated ball valve is welded with a metal jacket on the basis of the ball valve, which is used to inject steam or other heat-insulating and cold-insulating media to ensure that the medium in the valve can work normally. The insulated jacket ball valve has good heat-insulating and cold-insulating properties, and the valve diameter is consistent with the pipe diameter, while effectively reducing the heat loss of the medium in the pipeline.

The 2205 insulated ball valve has several structural forms such as integral insulated ball valve, two-piece insulated ball valve, and sandwich insulated ball valve according to the different structures of the ball valve. It is widely used in system pipelines in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, metallurgical and other industries.

2205 insulated ball valve application range:
Insulated jacket ball valves are mainly used in various systems such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, and food to transport heavy oil, rubber and other high-viscosity media that will solidify at room temperature.

2205 insulation ball valve structural features:
The insulation jacket ball valve adopts an integral jacket structure design, which can more evenly insulate heat and cold. The insulation ball valve is smaller in size and lighter in weight than ordinary ball valves, and has no leakage and good sealing performance. The jacket is welded with carbon steel pipe, which is more pressure-resistant and firm than casting. The jacket, the outer side of the valve body and the jacket pipe are welded, and the maximum pressure of steam or cold water is allowed to be 1MPa.
2205 insulation ball valve has good insulation and cold-keeping properties. Except for the reduced diameter insulation ball valve, the valve diameter and pipe diameter are the same, the medium flows in a straight line, the resistance is small, and the heat loss of the medium in the pipeline can be effectively reduced. Therefore, it has excellent performance for liquid media that are easy to solidify and have high viscosity.
