The valve body of the Extend Stem Ball Valve is made of a split flange ball valve using an integrated precision casting process. The valve parts are cast using silica sol composite casting. The castings have high dimensional accuracy and the surface quality of the valve body is high, meeting the customer’s high standard appearance requirements. The high platform extended neck ball valve has a high platform modular design, which is convenient for customers to directly install pneumatic actuators and electric actuators. The valve parts are produced in a standardized manner and are interchangeable. Any parts of the same specification ball valves can be combined and interchanged, which improves the utilization rate of parts during maintenance and reduces the customer’s valve cost. The valve stem is processed with an anti-blowout device, and the packing chamber has an automatic packing compensation function. By replacing the V ball with the O ball, the shear resistance to viscous media is improved, so that it can be used as a regulating valve. The connection methods include but are not limited to flange connection, welding connection, threaded connection, socket welding connection, clamp, ferrule, clamp, quick-release chuck and other methods. It has a long service life and is easy to disassemble. According to the different selections of valve seals, such as PTFE, RPTFE, PPL, PEEK, PCTFE, etc., it can cope with different operating temperatures. It is an ideal valve for controlling corrosive media in coal power, chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum and petrochemical fields.
The Extend Stem Ball Valve extended neck ball valve is composed of an extended neck, an extended neck matching stem, and a stainless steel handle. The matching stem is directly connected to the ball valve stem, and the extended neck is connected to the high platform through a nut to achieve an extension of 100mm. The installation is convenient and quick. It is more flexible than conventional welded extension rods, and can be installed at any time according to customer working conditions. Without installing the handle, the extended neck can also be directly installed with pneumatic actuators and electric actuators, without the need to install a bracket and a shaft sleeve, which reduces the procurement cost.
