1. 2205 Steel Valve Ball Valve adopts the differentiated advantages of floating and fixed types
1. Floating ball valve
The floating ball valve adopts the “ball floating + medium pressure self-sealing” design. Its ball is only connected to the valve stem through the upper valve stem. Under the action of the medium pressure, it can produce a small displacement, so that the ball fits tightly to the outlet side valve seat to achieve sealing. This structure has three significant advantages:

Low cost advantage: simple and compact structure, small number of parts, and manufacturing cost is about 30% lower than that of fixed ball valve;
Quick response capability: 90° rotation can complete opening and closing, which is particularly suitable for scenes that require frequent operation;
Adaptive sealing mechanism: It can still maintain good sealing under low pressure conditions, but attention should be paid to the selection of valve seat material under high pressure.
2. Fixed ball valve
The fixed ball valve fixes the ball in the center of the valve body through the upper and lower double valve stems, and the valve seat adopts a movable floating design. Its core advantages are:

High-pressure adaptability: can withstand up to 2500LB pressure, suitable for ultra-high pressure conditions;
Bidirectional sealing ability: unique double-block double-row structure, can block upstream and downstream media at the same time;
Long-life design: the valve seat seal ring is made of PTFE elastic material, with a spring preload device to ensure long-term sealing reliability.
