Product Introduction of Duplex 2507 Hard Seal Ball Valve:
The Duplex 2507 hard sealed ball valve adopts a ball and metal to metal sealing structure, and adopts an elastic loading sealing structure. Under normal opening and closing conditions, it ensures effective contact between the sealing surface of the ball and the valve seat seal, breaking through the limitations of low temperature and unsuitable use of granular media in soft sealed ball valves. Under high temperature conditions, it can effectively prevent the internal components from being blocked due to thermal expansion caused by high temperature. The 2507 dual phase steel hard sealed ball valve adopts a manual switch, and can also be equipped with pneumatic or electric actuators to achieve remote control and intelligent opening and closing. 2507 dual phase steel hard sealed ball valve is sealed with a one-way seal, and cannot be installed upside down according to the arrow direction. 2507 dual phase steel hard sealing ball has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking. In the environment containing chloride ions, it has stronger resistance to stress corrosion than ordinary austenitic stainless steel. Therefore, it is widely used in industrial systems containing CL ions, such as seawater desalination, seawater system, paper industry, chemical tanker system, etc.
