The 2205 hard sealed ball valve adopts an eccentric structure. During the closing process, the sealing pressure ratio between the valve seat and the ball increases rapidly, ensuring the reliable sealing of the sealing pair. When the valve is opened, the valve seat and ball can quickly detach, effectively reducing the operating torque, And minimize the possibility of damage control between the valve seat surface and the spherical surface. The 2205 hard sealed ball valve adopts an elastic loading structure, ensuring contact between the sealing surface of the spherical surface and the wide seat seal under normal closing conditions. Under high temperature conditions, it can effectively compensate for the thermal expansion of the internal components, avoid jamming caused by high temperature, and is suitable for high temperature applications of small and medium-sized ports.
The spherical surface of the 2205 hard sealed ball valve adopts special hardening treatment, and the valve seat is made of special hard materials or locally stacked hard materials to ensure a suitable hardness difference between the sealing pairs. In addition to special surface treatment on the surface of the ball and valve seat, the 2205 hard sealed ball valve uses flexible graphite, metal wound gaskets, etc. in other sealing materials, making it suitable for high temperature and high pressure conditions and has a fire-resistant burning function.
2205 hard sealed ball valve has good resistance to media containing CL elements such as seawater, chloride, etc. It is a duplex stainless steel composed of 22% chromium, 2.5%, and 4.5% nitrogen alloy. It has high strength, good impact toughness, and good overall and local stress corrosion resistance.
