TA10 Globe Valve,2 Inch,Class 900 LB,RF End

Low friction and long service life:
1. The structure is simple, and manufacturing and maintenance are relatively convenient.
2. Small working stroke and short opening and closing time.
3. Good sealing performance, low friction between sealing surfaces, and long service life.
4. During the opening and closing process, the friction force of the sealing surface is smaller than that of the gate valve, and it is wear-resistant.
5. Usually there is only one sealing surface, with good manufacturing technology and easy maintenance.
6. The structural forms of the globe valve body include straight through, direct flow, and right angle.

TA10 titanium alloy globe valves have good resistance to crevice corrosion in high temperature and high concentration chlorides, and are used in aerospace, aviation, navigation, ships, seawater desalination, petroleum, chemical industry, mechanical equipment, nuclear power equipment, power equipment, automotive and motorcycle components, sports and leisure, medical components, steel and metallurgy, and high-tech fields. TA10 titanium alloy globe valve is called titanium molybdenum nickel alloy with a nominal composition of T1-0.3M0-0.8Ni. It is a T-12 alloy developed by the United States in the mid-1970s and is a titanium alloy that is resistant to crevice corrosion. TA10 titanium molybdenum nickel rod has higher tensile strength than pure titanium TA2 and lower strength than TC4, and its processing technology is basically the same as pure titanium. The tensile strength of TA10 alloy is twice that of pure titanium at 300 degrees, and its resistance to corrosion in reducing media is significantly improved. It does not undergo crevice corrosion in chlorides at 150-200 degrees. The commonly used national standard grades for titanium are TA1, TA2, TA3, TA7, TA9, TA10, TA15, TA18, TC4TC4ELI, TC6, TC9, TC10, TC11, and the American standard grades are GR1, GR2, GR3, GR5, GR7, and GR12.

Common standards for TA10 titanium alloy globe valves, national standards: GB/2965-2007, GBT13810 American standards: ASTM B348, ASTM F136, ASTM F67, AMS4928
