Product Overview:
The Pressure Seal Bonnet Swing Check Valve branch pipe are welded structures, and the welded groove can be made according to standards or user requirements. It has advantages such as wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and long service life. It is applicable to the pipes of high temperature and high pressure water, steam, oil products and Superheated steam in thermal power plants, petrochemicals, metallurgy and other thermal power plants with working pressure of Clss 15002500 and working temperature of -29~570 ℃, as a device to prevent the backflow of media.
Product Features:
1. The product design and manufacturing are in accordance with ANSI B16.34 and E101 standards, and can be equipped with imported equipment for use. 2. Adopting a pressure self sealing structure, the sealing is reliable and suitable for ultra-high pressure and high temperature working conditions.
3. The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and valve seat are made of Stellite cobalt based hard alloy overlay welding, which is wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, with good scratch resistance and long service life.
4. The swing valve disc closes itself by relying on its own weight and medium force.
5. The valve disc rotates around the pin axis outside the valve seat to reduce violent impact during closure. 6. The built-in pin shaft structure reduces external leakage points and makes it more reliable to use.
