Axial Flow Check Valve,WCB Body,600LB,12 Inch,Flange End

The axial flow check valve determines the opening and closing of the valve disc by the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet ends of the valve. Axial flow check valve can effectively prevent medium backflow and ensure pipeline safety。

Applications  Water Hammer  Water hammer is the phenomenon that occurs when a liquid comes to a sudden stop and generates shock waves inside the pipe. The resulting high pressure can cause significant damage to pipe lines, gaskets, gauges, pipe hangars, and other components. Relia axial flow check valves can reduce the effects of water hammer.  Pressure Pulsations  Pressure pulsations are caused by the intermittent reduction in pressure due to the reciprocating motion of a reciprocating compressor. The pressure fluctuation causes pulsating shock waves in the system, which increases wear on system components. However, axial check valves consist of no swinging parts and therefore reduce wear on system components, contributing to a longer lifetime in comparison to other valve types. The purpose of the Relia axial flow check valves is to let air and gas out of a reciprocating compressor. Installation Options: Horizontal or Vertical A common problem faced when using a pump is limited space for valves and pipes. Pumps are extremely loud when in operation. Therefore, they are usually put in special rooms. This leaves less room for valves and piping. Axial flow valves can handle turbulence better than conventional check valves. This makes them an excellent option when space is limited. Additionally, axial flow check valves can be installed on both vertical and horizontal pipes.

2、 Features of axial flow check valves:
1. The product consists of a valve body, a guide body, an axially moving valve disc, and spring components. The product can effectively prevent media backflow. Ensure pipeline safety.
2. The valve body, disc, and tail cone are designed as streamlined channels, which have good fluid performance and minimize flow resistance and pressure.
3. Using high-performance spring material HT/INCONELX-750, it has excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and excellent mechanical properties, ensuring that the spring operates in a state of long-term operation.
4. Silent operation to eliminate noise and water hammer in valve pipelines and ensure equipment and pipeline safety.
5. The opening and closing reactions are rapid, and the highly reliable pre compression spring enables the valve disc to respond quickly to changes in fluid pressure.
6. Compact structure, easy to install, suitable for both vertical and horizontal installation.
7. The valve adopts alloy steel overlay welding with a sealing surface, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has a long service life.
8. The pressure range of the valve is relatively wide.
