Ses normes de conception et de fabrication reposent principalement sur les trois sp\u00e9cifications suivantes\u00a0: API 6D-2014 Pipeline and Pipeline Valve Specification (Sp\u00e9cification des vannes de pipeline), API 608-2008 Metal Ball Valves with Flanges, Threads and Welded Connections (Vannes \u00e0 boisseau sph\u00e9rique m\u00e9talliques avec brides, filetages et raccords soud\u00e9s) et ASME B16.34-2013 Valves with Flanges, Threads and Welded Ends (Vannes \u00e0 brides, filetages et extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s soud\u00e9es). Les dimensions des brides de ce type de robinet \u00e0 boisseau sph\u00e9rique flottant sont conformes aux normes ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47 et ANSI B16.5.<\/p>\n<p>Le robinet \u00e0 boisseau sph\u00e9rique A890-CD3MN American Standard se divise en deux cat\u00e9gories\u00a0: \u00e0 joint souple et \u00e0 joint rigide, selon les mat\u00e9riaux d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9. Le joint de si\u00e8ge du robinet \u00e0 boisseau sph\u00e9rique \u00e0 joint souple est fabriqu\u00e9 en PTFE, RPTFE, PPL, PEEK, Daikin M111 et nylon. Le joint rigide est trait\u00e9 avec du STL, du Ni60, du WC, du WCr et d&#039;autres alliages. Le corps de la vanne est disponible en acier duplex CD3MN.<\/p>\n<p>Le robinet \u00e0 boisseau sph\u00e9rique standard am\u00e9ricain A890-CD3MN pr\u00e9sente une structure simple, un entretien ais\u00e9 et une large gamme d&#039;applications. Il est principalement utilis\u00e9 dans les canalisations pour couper, r\u00e9partir et inverser le sens d&#039;\u00e9coulement du fluide. La surface d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et la surface sph\u00e9rique sont souvent ferm\u00e9es et ne sont pas facilement \u00e9rod\u00e9es par le fluide. La vanne utilise principalement une sph\u00e8re \u00e0 canal circulaire comme pi\u00e8ce d&#039;ouverture et de fermeture. Cette pi\u00e8ce est une sph\u00e8re perc\u00e9e d&#039;un trou qui tourne autour d&#039;un axe perpendiculaire au canal pour assurer l&#039;ouverture et la fermeture de ce dernier.<\/p>\n<p>Le CD3MN est un acier duplex destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la fonderie, principalement compos\u00e9 d&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ments tels que le chrome (Cr), le nickel (Ni), le molybd\u00e8ne (Mo), l&#039;azote (N) et une certaine quantit\u00e9 de carbone (C), de silicium (Si), de mangan\u00e8se (Mn), de phosphore (P) et de soufre (S). La principale caract\u00e9ristique de ce m\u00e9tal est sa structure duplex, c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire qu&#039;il contient simultan\u00e9ment deux phases d&#039;aust\u00e9nite et de ferrite. La phase aust\u00e9nite offre une excellente t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 et une excellente aptitude \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre, tandis que la phase ferrite am\u00e9liore la r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion du mat\u00e9riau. Cette structure biphas\u00e9e permet au CD3MN de conserver une r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lev\u00e9e tout en offrant une bonne plasticit\u00e9 et une bonne t\u00e9nacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>6.
