ASME 16.34 A351 CN7M Globe Valve,2 Inch,Class 150 LB

The working principle of ASME 16.34 A351 CN7M Globe Valve is to rotate the valve to make the valve open or closed. The ASME 16.34 A351 CN7M Globe Valve has a lightweight switch, small size, and can be made into a large diameter, with reliable sealing, simple structure, and low cost
Easy to repair, the sealing surface and spherical surface are often in a closed state and are not easily eroded by media, making them widely used in various industries. The ASME 16.34 A351 CN7M Globe Valve has a reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, good sealing performance, and sealing surface
Low friction and long service life:
1. The structure is simple, and manufacturing and maintenance are relatively convenient.
2. Small working stroke and short opening and closing time.
3. Good sealing performance, low friction between sealing surfaces, and long service life.
4. During the opening and closing process, the friction force of the sealing surface is smaller than that of the gate valve, and it is wear-resistant.
5. Usually there is only one sealing surface, with good manufacturing technology and easy maintenance.
6. The structural forms of the globe valve body include straight through, direct flow, and right angle.

CN7M American standard globe valve is a nickel based alloy valve mainly used in sulfuric acid, wet phosphoric acid process, hydrochloric acid and other media. Its stem, disc, cover, valve body, valve seat, and bracket are all cast from CN7M alloy。

The CN7M American standard globe valve is a forced sealing type valve that must be pressurized by applying pressure to the valve disc when it is closed, to ensure that the valve disc is tightly sealed against the surface, ensuring no leakage. The flow direction of the medium in the shut-off valve enters the valve chamber from the upper end of the valve disc, making it easier to close the valve under individual pressure, while the force required to open the valve is greater. This can reduce the diameter of the valve stem and effectively reduce the probability of valve stem bending accidents.

The main chemical composition of CN7M is as follows: carbon C: 0.07 silicon Si:<1.50 Mn:<1.50 sulfur S: ≤ 0.040 phosphorus P: 0.040 chromium Cr: 19.00~22.00 nickel Ni: 27.50~30.50 Mo: 2.00~3.00 copper Cu: 3.00~4.00 CN7M is a nickel based alloy with UNS number J95150. In the ASTM and ACI systems, CN7M is the name for this type of nickel based alloy. CN7M has lower tensile strength, lower conductivity, and higher thermal conductivity in cast austenitic stainless steel. CN7M is often used in harsh working conditions that other stainless steels such as 304 and 316L cannot solve, such as stress corrosion cracking. It has characteristics such as resistance to chloride ion corrosion, pitting corrosion, and sulfuric acid corrosion.
